Shipping
The dispatch route and packaging are left to our choice, without any liability being assumed, except in the case of willful intent and gross negligence.
Our flat shipping rates are as follows:
- Germany, Switzerland, Norway: free shipping
- Within EU: 3,95 €
Attention: The stated delivery time in our store refers to shipping within Germany.
Shipping to EU countries may be delayed up to 5 business days.
If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, further customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is recommended to ask the customs or tax authorities for details before placing the order.
Usually we ship by DHL or Deutsche Post, in individual cases other service providers may be used.
Costs for additional shipping options and special requests (e.g. express delivery) are borne by the buyer and must be agreed with us in advance.

Take Responsibility
We participate in the Dual System and thus assume responsibility for the packaging we put into circulation. We are registered with the packaging register under the registration number DE1566035484631. With the new packaging law and the registration via the central office, a transparent system has been created. Using a simple register query, you can find out who, and especially who, is not involved in a dual system with just a few clicks.
